Shipping Costs:
- The shipping cost for orders within the Netherlands is only €4.95.
- For orders to Belgium and Germany, we charge a shipping fee of €6.95.

Expected Delivery Time:
We understand that you can't wait to receive your party dresses. Therefore, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you order before 14:00, your order will be shipped the same day. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands and to Belgium is usually 1 to 2 business days. For orders to Germany, the delivery time may be slightly longer, typically 3 to 4 business days.
Please note that these delivery times may vary depending on external factors, but we do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Return conditions

If we receive an item back that does not meet the return conditions below, we can unfortunately not return it
accept. We will return the item to you.

Return process:

• Within 14 days of receipt
• The product must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed
• Report your return to retour@yamine.nl

Please enclose the following information:

- Your name
- Your address
- Reason for return

• You will find a return form with your order. Please fill it out and send it back together with the package.
• Seal your parcel securely and address it to our return address:

• Drop off your parcel at a PostNL service point
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment
• Keep the receipt
• We recommend sending the parcel with a Track & Trace code so you can track it easily

• As soon as we have received your return in good order, we will process your return within 7 working days after receipt of the items and refund the money excluding the shipping costs in the same manner as it was paid
